Web Site Use
1.) The Merribee Needlearts & Crafts name and the Merribee Needlearts & Crafts home page are the property of Merribee Needlearts & Crafts. Our Merribee Needlearts & Crafts store and Web site is operated independently since the franchise dissolved 20 years ago.
2.) By using the Merribee Needlearts & Crafts home page, you agree to be bound by our Web Site Use, Return Policy, and Warranty Disclaimer statements. Merribee reserves the rights to change our Web Site Use, Return Policy, and Warranty Disclaimer statements without notice, and you hereby agree to be bound by such changes.
3.) You may link to our site or you may index our site for inclusion to your database or search engine.
4.) You may use our logos and name only for the promotion of our site and products. You may not alter, reformat, reconfigure, or change our logos and display them in anyway. If you choose to use our logo and name please link them back to our site.

1.) NO returns on books, needles, hooks, cut fabrics, and sale items. The products featured on our "Bargain Page" are sale items. Cut fabrics include cut canvasses.
2.) Returns must be made within 30 days and your merchandise must be accompanied by a receipt, must be in saleable condition, and must be in the original undamaged packaging.
3.) If you do not have a receipt to accompany your merchandise, you will receive store credit for your merchandise at the current price level.
4.) If you return merchandise after 30 days with a reciept you will receive store credit in the amount stated on your receipt. If you return merchandise after 30 days without a reciept you will receive store credit at current price level. (go to top of page)
1.) Merribee Needlearts & Crafts does not endorse spamming. Your email information and responses will be held confidentially and will be used for internal purposes only. If you choose not receive any information regarding our promotions or business we will happily remove you from our email list.
2.) We have not incorporated the use of cookies or any programming to monitor your Internet usage or preferences.
3.) As stated on our Order Form page, we do not yet have a secure line for credit card transactions through the internet. Please do not submit any credit card information through our form. We do not want any malicious third party to intercept your financial information. Once we have concluded there is enough demand to warrant the service of a secure line, we will consider the addition of a secure line. Until we have a secure line, please call us by telephone or mail payment to us by mail.
4.) Merribee Needlearts & Crafts intends to conduct business in an ethical and responsible manner. If for any reason, you believe we have violated your privacy, please contact us by telephone, email, or in person to resolve the conflict. (go to top of page)
1.) Merribee Needlearts & Crafts DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES WITH REGARD TO THE INFORMATION PROVIDED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. Discuss your warranty claims with the manufacturer of your product.
