| Merribee Needleart's physical store is nestled within a 3 acre parcel of land surrounded by a landscape of tall trees. Within the 3 acres, we carved out a 1 acre parcel of land on which the Merribee building sits. A black iron gate surrounds this 1 acre. Inside the gate and adjacent to the store, a 1/2 acre of land remains available for lease or sale. Outside of the gate, 2 acres of land remain available for sale or lease. If you dream of building your own store, coffee shop, or have your own idea this property could be right for you. Below, you can see a picture of the land from the east side of our parking lot. | Regardless of how we currently have the land divided, you have the option to purchase/lease all or a portion of it. We already have blue prints drafted for a structure next to our store. You just have to apply your concept to it. The water source for the property comes from an underground supply and is pumped up through a well. Any additional structure would need its own well. Below you can see a picture of the available 2 acres outside of the iron gate. |
